We want customers to feel confident purchasing artwork and products from this website. Because many items are custom-made or produced individually, the following policies apply.


1. Original Artwork Sales

Original artwork sales are generally considered final.

If an original artwork arrives damaged during shipping, customers must contact us within 7 days of delivery and provide:

  • Photographs of the damaged item
  • Packaging materials
  • Shipping labels

Approved claims may qualify for:

  • Repair assistance
  • Replacement where possible
  • Partial refund
  • Full refund

Return instructions will be provided when applicable.


2. Print-on-Demand Products

Many products are produced individually after an order is placed.

Because of the custom nature of these products, returns or exchanges are generally not accepted for:

  • Buyer’s remorse
  • Incorrect size selection
  • Personalization choices approved by the customer

However, replacements or refunds may be offered for:

  • Damaged products
  • Printing defects
  • Manufacturing errors
  • Incorrect items received

Claims must be submitted within 7 days of delivery with supporting photographs.


3. Personalized Products

Certain products allow customers to personalize artwork placement, sizing, or orientation before production.

Once personalization has been approved and production has started, orders cannot be modified or canceled.

Customers are responsible for reviewing personalization selections carefully before submission.


4. Shipping Delays

We are not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Shipping carriers
  • Customs processing
  • Weather conditions
  • International delivery interruptions
  • External fulfillment delays outside our control

Shipping fees are generally non-refundable once an order has shipped.


5. Order Cancellations

Orders may only be canceled before production begins.

Once an item enters production or shipment preparation, cancellation may no longer be possible.


6. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within a reasonable processing timeframe depending on the payment provider.
